New premium rates contribution for PhilHealth will take effect this coming June 2022.
Wednesday, 4th May, PhilHealth stated, "The collection systems are already set for the new rate and ceiling starting with payments and remittances for the applicable month of June 2022, while differential payments for January to May 2022 may be paid until December 2022 without interest".
Here's a computation sample below:
Basic Salary X Premium Rate = Premium Contribution
Basic Salary = 10,000
Premium Rate = 4%
Php10,000 X 0.04 = Php400
