Top 10 Passers: October 2024 ECE board exam results

MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will name the topnotchers or top 10 passers in the October 2024 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam on October 25-30 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.

The Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) administered the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 19 and 20, 2024.

RELEASE OF RESULTS

Based on PRC Resolution No. 1891 s. 2024, the target release of ECE board exam results is on Friday, October 25, 2024.

But due to the government work cancellations on October 23, 24 and 25, in view of the inclement weather brought about by Tropical Storm “Kristine”, there is a possibility of delayed release of exam results. We advise takers to monitor until October 30 or in four (4) working days.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the April 2024 Electronics Engineer board exam, Niele Shem Geronimo BaƱas from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Visayas topped the board with 91.80%. Joaquin Mateo Rivera Jison from University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman ranked second second place with 91.10%.

In the October 2023 Electronics Engineer board exam, Angelo Cabalu Jacobo from Bulacan State University (BulSU)-Malolos clinched the highest spot with 89.80%. June Lorenz Escobal Capin from Mapua University - Manila ranked second with 87.30%.

In the April 2023 Electronics Engineer board exam, Joshua Aniken Garcia Acusta from Iloilo Science and Tech University aced the board with 88.60%. Grant Lewis Milan Bulaong from De La Salle University - Manila, Rommel Gonzales Gadia from Tarlac State University and Gabriel James Manalo Tecson from Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Main Sta. Mesa tied on second spot with identical grade of 88.50%.

PRC bares 2025 schedule of SPLE for OFWs

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the schedule of Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) this 2025. PRC said SPLE will be conducted in the Middle East, Singapore and Taiwan on June 6, 7 and 8, 2025 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 28, the schedule of all board examinations for year 2025. The calendar includes schedule of opening of online processing, deadline for filing applications, practical examinations, professional upgrading examinations, Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) and target dates of release of exam results.
