A-G List of Passers: 2024 Bar Exam Results

MANILA, Philippines – The 2024 bar exam results will be released after the special en banc session on Friday afternoon, December 13, the Supreme Court confirmed in a notice to bar candidates. View the list of passers or new lawyers here - A to G surname as announced online.

SC conducted the 122nd bar exam on September 8, 11, and 15, 2024 in 13 local testing centers nationwide – National Capital Region (San Beda University – Manila, University of Santo Tomas, San Beda College Alabang, University of the Philippines – Diliman, Manila Adventist College and University of the Philippines – Bonifacio Global City), Luzon (Saint Louis University and University of Nueva Caceres).

Testing centers also include Visayas (University of San Jose – Recoletos, Central Philippine University and Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation) and Mindanao (Ateneo de Davao University and Xavier University).

Relative to the successful administration of previous online exams, the high court once again used their computer-based examination program that allows examinees to securely take a test using their own devices.

SC said that 10,490 examinees completed the fourth digitalized and regionalized bar exams.

Aspiring lawyers were tested in the following core subjects:

1. Political and Public International Law (15%)

2. Commercial and Taxation Laws (20%)

3. Civil Law (20%)

4. Labor Law and Social Legislation (10%)

5. Criminal Law (10%)

6. Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics with Practical Exercises (25%)

The standard 75% passing percentage is expected to prevail in the recent exam, same in the previous years.

Bar exam results updates

On November 27, the Supreme Court announced through a bulletin the exact release date of the 2024 bar exam results.

SC said that the bar exam results will be released on December 13, 2024 (Friday).

SC shall display the List of Successful Examinees at LED walls of SC courtyard in Padre Faura Street, Manila. The SC gates will be open to the public from 12 pm to 6 pm.

The high court added that oath-taking of successful examinees will be on January 24, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

PRC bares 2025 schedule of SPLE for OFWs

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the schedule of Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) this 2025. MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 28, the schedule of all board examinations for year 2025.
