MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will name soon the top performing schools in the December 2024 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam.

PRC administered the second CPA licensure exam (CPALE) this year in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on December 6-8, 2024.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the May 2024 and September 2023 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam, none of the schools qualified for the top performing list.

In the May 2023 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam, University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman was the lone top performing school with 93.22% or 55 out of 59 passed.

In the May and October 2022 as well as October and December 2021 CPA board exams, none of the schools qualified for the top performing school list.

In the October 2019 exams, UP-Diliman was the lone top performing school with 84.21% or 64 out of 76 passed.

In the May 2019 CPALE, De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila was the lone top school with 84.72% or 61 out of 72 successfully hurdled the tests.

PRC bares 2025 schedule of SPLE for OFWs

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the schedule of Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) this 2025. MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 28, the schedule of all board examinations for year 2025. The calendar includes schedule of opening of online processing, deadline for filing applications, practical examinations, professional upgrading examinations, Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) and target dates of release of exam results.
