P-Z passers: Bar Exam Result 2024

MANILA, Philippines – The 2024 bar exam results – list of passers, topnotchers and top performing schools – are set to be released online on December 13, 2024. Over 10,000 aspiring lawyers tried to hurdle the grueling tests on September 8, 11, and 15, 2024 in 13 testing sites nationwide.

A total of 10,490 law graduates completed the fourth digitalized and regionalized bar exams.

Relative to the successful conduct of 2020-2021, 2022 and 2023 Bar Exams, the Supreme Court once again a computer-based examination program that allows examinees to securely take a test using their own devices.

Aspiring lawyers were tested in the following core subjects:

1. Political and Public International Law (15%)

2. Commercial and Taxation Laws (20%)

3. Civil Law (20%)

4. Labor Law and Social Legislation (10%)

5. Criminal Law (10%)

6. Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics with Practical Exercises (25%)

The standard 75% passing percentage is expected to prevail in the recent exam, same in the previous years.

Bar exam results updates

On November 27, the Supreme Court announced through a bulletin the exact release date of the 2024 bar exam results.

SC said that the bar exam results will be released on December 13, 2024 (Friday).

SC shall display the List of Successful Examinees at LED walls of SC courtyard in Padre Faura Street, Manila. The SC gates will be open to the public from 12 pm to 6 pm.

The high court added that oath-taking of successful examinees will be on January 24, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

On exam results day, PRC Board News will provide live updates as SC prepares for the release of list of passers, topnotchers and top performing schools.
