CELE RESULT: April 2025 Civil Engineering board exam list of passers

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Civil Engineering are expected to release results of April 2025 Civil Engineer board exam on or before May 6, 2025 (Tuesday), or within four (4) working days after the last day of exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available here as announced online.

PRC administered the Civil Engineer licensure exam on April 28 and 29, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairman; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. EstaƱero, Members.

RELEASE OF RESULTS

Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the target release of Civil Engineer board exam results is on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, or within four (4) working days after the exams.

Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Monday, May 5.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://ift.tt/fksQwLV and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

VERIFICATION OF RATING

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

OATH-TAKING

PRC typically announces the schedule and venue of the oathtaking ceremony a few days after the release of exam results.

Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://ift.tt/fDUCZHQ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at https://ift.tt/fDUCZHQ and select “e-OATH” as transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://ift.tt/fDUCZHQ.

COVERAGE OF EXAM

The two-day Civil Engineer board exams covered the following major subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).

PREVIOUS EXAMS

In the November-December Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), PRC released results in three (3) working days. A total of 6,835 out of 18,436 successfully hurdled the exams. Francis Charles Pepito Lauta from University of Cebu clinched the highest spot with 93.25%.

In the April 2024 CELE, PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 6,680 out of 17,010 successfully passed the exams. Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines, both from De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila tied on highest spot with 94.30%.

In the November 2023 CELE, PRC announced results in five (5) working days. A total of 6,180 out of 18,582 successfully passed the exams. Godfrey Queron Correa from Palawan State University - Puerto Princesa topped the board with 93.60%.

In the April 2023 CE board exams, results were released online after four (4) working days. PRC named 5,887 out of 16,936 who successfully passed the exams.

PRC bares 2025 schedule of SPLE for OFWs

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the schedule of Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) this 2025. MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 28, the schedule of all board examinations for year 2025. The calendar includes schedule of opening of online processing, deadline for filing applications, practical examinations, professional upgrading examinations, Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) and target dates of release of exam results.
