NLE Room Assignments: May 2025 Nursing board exam

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases room assignments and instructions for May 2025 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE).

The first Nursing board exam this year will be conducted in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lipa, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur on May 5 and 6.

Where to check or verify room assignments?

Check or verify your school/building assignments at the PRC official website (www.prc.gov.ph) or through the Notices/Announcements to be posted at the PRC premises two (2) to three (3) working days before the date of the examination.

In addition, PRC Board News will share on this page the updated room assignments once available online.

What time should examinees report to the testing centers?

Report to the school/building assignment before 5:30 A.M. on the first day of the examination to verify your room and seat number. Be punctual. Late examinees will not be admitted once the examination has already started.

What to wear on examination day?

Examinees are required to wear the following attire every examination day:

Male examinees: Clinical uniform with white shoes and white socks but without nameplate, school insignia/logo and pin; or school uniform

Female examinees: Clinical uniform with white shoes and white stockings but without nameplate, school insignia/logo and pin; or school uniform

Pregnant Examinees: White clinical scrub suit

What should examinees bring in the examination?

Bring the following on examination day:

a. Notice of Admission

b. Official Receipt

c. Two or more pencils (No. 2)

d. Ballpens with BLACK ink only

e. One (1) piece long brown envelope

f. One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)

What are the prohibited items inside the examination room?

The following items are strictly PROHIBITED inside the examination premises/rooms.

a. Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula.

b. Calculators which are programmable or with embedded functions especially CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus.

c. APPLE, SAMSUNG AND OTHER SMARTWATCHES, CELLULAR PHONES, EARPLUGS, TRANSMITTERS, PORTABLE COMPUTERS, BLUETOOTH, AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS/DEVICES WHICH MAY BE USED FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES

d. Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags, atache case, backpacks, etc.)

e. Other examination aides not stated on this program.

Note: All personal belongings of the examinees shall be surrendered to the proctor and shall be placed in a secured space within the examination room.

When are the results of Nurse board exam released?

Examination results are released at an average of three (3) working days after the last day of examination.

For the May 2024 Nurse board exam, PRC aims to release results on May 14, 2025, or within five (5) working days.

PRC bares 2025 schedule of SPLE for OFWs

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the schedule of Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) this 2025. MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 28, the schedule of all board examinations for year 2025.
