MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Pharmacy are expected to release results of April 2025 Pharmacist licensure exam (PhLE) on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, or two (2) working days after the exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page once announced online.
PRC administered the pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on April 10 and 11, 2025.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of Pharmacist board exam results is on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, or two (2) working days after the exams.
However, results might be released ahead or on later date, without prior notice. Previous exam results were released in 3-4 working days.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://ift.tt/LPFvaAh and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC added.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The two-day pharmacist board exam covered the following subjects: pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy and practice of pharmacy; pharmacology-pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutics and quality assurance/quality control.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the November 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exams, PRC announced results in three (3) working days after the last day of examination. A total of 2,905 out of 3,778 successfully passed the exams. Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela from University of Santo Tomas (UST)-Legazpi, Inc. aced the board with 95.47%.
In the April 2024 Pharmacist licensure exams, PRC released results in four (4) working days. A total of 1,185 out of 2,147 successfully passed the exams. Rhedz-wei Talling Hadjula from Universidad de Zamboanga led the board with 92.85%.
In the November 2023 Pharmacist licensure exams, PRC released results in 3 working days. A total of 2,974 out of 4,038 successfully passed the exams. Justine Kaye Fajardo Gajo from Centro Escolar University-Manila led the board with 93.25%.
In the April 2023 Pharmacist licensure exams, PRC also announced results in 3 working days. A total of 1,420 out of 2,275 successfully passed the exams. Lyndale Lauron Gallardo from Cebu Doctors University topped the board with 93.55%.
