MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Environmental Planning are expected to release results of August 2025 Environmental Planner licensure exam (EPLE) on Friday, August 22, 2025, immediately after the exam. The full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
PRC administered the Computer-Based Environmental Planners Licensure Examination (EPLE) on August 21 and 22, 2025 in Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Rosales.
Note: The examination was originally scheduled in July 2025 but was rescheduled to August 2025 due to inclement weather brought about by typhoon Dante and Emong.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
The Environmental Planner board exam results were originally scheduled for release two (2) working days after the exam.
However, since the exam was conducted through a computer-based system, the results are expected to be available immediately after the tests.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Visit the official website of PRC (https://ift.tt/tjZsQ3M) and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
The successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
COVERAGE OF EXAMS
The two day exam covered the following major subjects: environmental planning processes, techniques and strategies; history, concepts, theories and principles of environmental planning, environmental plan implementation, legal aspects and administration.
According to the Board Law, environmental planners are those concerned with the management and development of land, as well as the preservation, conservation, and rehabilitation of the human environment.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the August 2024 Environmental Planners Licensure Examination, PRC released results in just two working days. A total of 258 out of 348 successfully passed the exams. Marco Antonino Amoranto Javier from University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman led the passers with 84.30%.
In the July 2023 Environmental Planner Licensure Exam (EPLE), results were released by PRC after three (3) working days. A total of 115 out of 166 examinees passed the exams. Janine Montalban Tabares from University of the Philippines-Visayas-Iloilo City aced the board with 82.45%.
In the July 2022 Environmental Planner board exams, PRC also announced results in 3 working days. A total of 108 out of 178 successfully hurdled the exams. Aleya Carmela Esquivel Arca from University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the board with 84.40%.
In the June 2019 Environmental Planner board exams, results were also out in 3 working days. A total of 2,029 out of 4,973 passed the exams. Remsce Andal Pasahol from University of the Philippines - Los Baños (UPLB) aced the board with 81.20%.
