MANILA, Philippines – BLEPP Results. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Psychology will release results of September 2025 Board Licensure Exam for Psychologist (BLEPP) on Friday, September 25, 2025, immediately after the exams.
The September 2025 Psychologists computer-based licensure exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the Psychologist board exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Palawan and Tuguegarao on September 24 and 25, 2025.
The agency also administered the Psychometrician board exam in the same test locations on the same schedule.

Release of Results
On Thursday afternoon, the PRC announced through a Facebook post that the results of the Psychologists Licensure Examination will be released today, September 25.
In its post, PRC said: "Future RPsychs… results will be out in a few hours! Stand by for the release of the September 2025 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination Results!"
Earlier, PRC had said that the target release date of the results was September 29, 2025, or within two (2) working days after the examinations, in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024.
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC announced that the initial registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Applicants may complete their initial registration by visiting https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and following the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal.

Requirements for Registration:
- Duly accomplished and downloaded Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Two (2) passport-size photos, colored with white background and name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
All successful examinees are required to personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals as part of the official process.
Details regarding the mass oathtaking ceremony—including the date and venue—will be released in a separate announcement by the PRC.
Coverage of Exams
The two-day Psychologist board exam covered the following subjects: advance theories of personality, psychological counseling and psychotherapy, advance psychological assessment and advance abnormal psychology.
Previous Examinations
In the August 2024 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination, the PRC released the results immediately after the last day of testing. Out of 448 examinees, 373 passed. Anfernee Karl Ricamora Cuenca of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila secured the top spot with a rating of 88.40%.
For the August 2023 Psychologist Licensure Examination, the results were released after five (5) working days. A total of 339 out of 468 examinees passed, with Jessica Mae Ong Dee of Ateneo de Manila University – QC leading the passers with a score of 86.10%.
In the February 2022 Psychologist board exam, the PRC released the results after nine (9) working days. Of the 303 examinees, 226 passed. Eva Marie Panong Gacasan and Marc Clint Alesna Maceda, both from the University of San Carlos (USC), shared the top rank with identical ratings of 84.45%.
