POSTPONED: September 2025 LET in Regions I, II, CAR due to inclement weather

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the rescheduling of the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) due to inclement weather.

In a statement released Saturday, September 20, the PRC said the decision was made following consultations with the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), Office of Civil Defense (OCD), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

The affected LET, originally set for Sunday, September 21, 2025, will be postponed “in consideration of the health and safety of the examinees and assigned examination personnel.”

Meanwhile, the second regular LET for the year will still push through as scheduled in Metro Manila and other testing centers nationwide.

New Schedule of LET

The PRC advised examinees in Regions I, II, and CAR to monitor the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and its social media accounts for the new schedule of the postponed board exam.

PAGASA Weather Advisory

As of 11:00 p.m. Saturday, PAGASA reported that Typhoon Nando had intensified while moving closer to Northern Luzon. The storm was last spotted 710 km east of Echague, Isabela, or 695 km east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 is currently in effect in several provinces across Northern and Central Luzon, including Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and parts of Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, and Catanduanes.

PAGASA warned of life-threatening storm surges exceeding three meters in low-lying coastal areas of Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur within the next 48 hours. The typhoon may reach super typhoon category before approaching Extreme Northern Luzon.

June 2025 SPLE for Architects Results: List of Passers

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Wednesday, June 18, the results of the June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Architects . The Architect board exam (ALE) in Middle East and Singapore was given by the Board of Architecture headed by its Chairman, Arch. Robert S. Sac with two other members, Arch. Robert M.
