LLE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the September 2025 Librarian Licensure Exam (LLE) results today, September 8, 2025 based on PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024.

PRC releases the September 2025 LLE Librarian Results today

The Librarian Computer-based Licensure Exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.

The LLE was held on September 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

The members of the Board for Librarians who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Yolanda C. Granda, Chairman and Hon. Lourdes T. David, Member.

Schedule of Registration

Here's the schedule of online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for new Librarians and Certificate of Registration.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://ift.tt/Of36W0y and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.

Enter the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-taking

Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://ift.tt/qTXNCao to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at https://ift.tt/qTXNCao and select “e-OATH” as transaction.

The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://ift.tt/qTXNCao.

PRC bares 2025 schedule of SPLE for OFWs

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the schedule of Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) this 2025. MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 28, the schedule of all board examinations for year 2025.
