BLEPP RESULTS 2025 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the September 2025 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometrician (BLEPP) results today, October 2, 2025 based on PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024.
Update as of October 2, 2025, 10:30 AM: The PRC has confirmed that the results of the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Exam will be released today.
In a Facebook post, PRC announced: “Newest batch of future RPms… Results will be released in just a few hours! Prepare your tarpaulins as the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination results will be out within the day. You got this, future RPms!”
The Psychometrician licensure exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
The BLEPP was held on September 24 and 25, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Psychology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Miriam P. Cue, Chairman; Hon. Imelda Virginia G. Villar and Hon. Hector M. Perez, Members.

Schedule of Registration
Here's the schedule of online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for new Psychometricians and Certificate of Registration.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://ift.tt/GuIMQwY and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://ift.tt/B3IzbLP to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at https://ift.tt/B3IzbLP and select “e-OATH” as transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://ift.tt/B3IzbLP.
