TOP 10 PASSERS: August 2025 Civil Service Exam CSE-PPT Professional Level

MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces the topnotchers (top 10) in the March 2025 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT). View on this page for professional level list of highest placers.

CSC will release the CSE-PPT results, list of passers, on Monday, October 13, 2025, or 64 calendar days after the exam, based on latest Examination Advisory No. 15, s. 2025.

The agency said that 331,675 examinees tried the Career Service Examination, Professional and Subprofessional levels.

The second regular CSE-PPT this year was conducted in 95 testing centers nationwide on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

CSC announced that passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for a position in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements - education, experience, and training.

In the March 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for the professional level, Charina Mae P. Tigbayan from NCR emerged as the topnotcher with an impressive rating of 97.91%. She was followed by Isaiah Gil E. Ortiz, also from NCR, who garnered 97.24%.

For the August 2024 CSE-PPT, Mark Justine M. Domingo from Region IV led the professional level with a score of 97.49%, while Joyce D. Dublin from Region VII secured the second spot with 96.47%.

In the March 2024 examination, Viron Gil A. Estrada of NCR obtained the highest rating of 97.30%. Close behind were Micah Angelo R. Bacani and Duke Donald R. Cotoco, both also from NCR, each earning 97.26%.

During the August 2023 exam, Patricia D. Victa from NCR topped the list with 93.60%, followed by Mark Angelo R. Montero from the Bicol Region with 92.59%.

Meanwhile, in the March 2023 CSE-PPT, Glenn C. Gonzales of NCR led the professional level with a rating of 92.63%, trailed by Elijah Denelle E. Manuel, also from NCR, with 91.74%.

How to get CSE-PPT results

The complete list of successful examinees of the August 2025 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test may be accessed here or on the official website of CSC.

Schedule for the release of Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office will be announced. Passers are advised to verify first the availability of and the requirements and procedures in claiming their Certification of Eligibility before proceeding to the CSC office.

Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) not later than October 25, 2025 (Saturday) or as indicated in the corresponding issuance/advisory.

June 2025 SPLE for Architects Results: List of Passers

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Wednesday, June 18, the results of the June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Architects .
