MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Chemical Engineering will release results of the November 2025 Chemical Engineer (ChemEng) board exam on Friday, November 21, 2025, immediately after the last day of examinations.
The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
PRC administered the Chemical Engineer licensure exam (CHELE) computer-based exam on November 19, 20, and 21, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga and Rosales.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the November 2025 Chemical Engineer Licensure Exam (CHEMLE) results will be released on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, two (2) working days after the exams.
However, since the exam is administered through a computer-based system, the results are typically released shortly after the tests are completed.
Update November 21, 2025 as of 2PM: The PRC has confirmed that the results of the November 2025 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination (CHELE) will be released today!
According to PRC: "Future RPh and RChE, get ready and stay tuned! The results of the November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination and the November 2025 Chemical Engineers CBLE will be released within a few hours. You got this!"
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://ift.tt/JQl50tH and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
Coverage of Examinations
The three-day examination covered the following subjects: physical and chemical principles, chemical engineering principles and general engineering, ethics and contracts.
Previous Exams
In the May 2025 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination, the PRC released the results immediately after the exam. Out of 799 examinees, 602 passed, with Patricia Isabel Rebancos Soriano of De La Salle University–Manila leading the batch with a rating of 88.60%.
For the November 2024 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination, the PRC announced the results in just two working days. A total of 688 out of 951 examinees passed, with Kenn Rovikk Estacio Logdat from the University of the Philippines–Diliman topping the board at 90.90%.
In the May 2024 Chemical Engineers board exams, results were released within two working days. Out of 928 examinees, 640 passed, and Miguel Siapno Bungalon from the University of the Philippines–Los Baños (UPLB) secured the highest score at 87.30%.
During the May 2023 Chemical Engineers board exams, the PRC also announced results in two working days. Of 801 examinees, 472 passed, with Christian Jay Pagunuran Balboa of De La Salle University–Manila achieving the top score of 92.60%.
