CBLE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the November 2025 Customs Broker Licensure Exam (CBLE) results today, November 20, 2025 (Thursday) based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024.
The Customs Broker licensure exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
The CBLE was held on November 17 and 18, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Cebu, Lucena, and Davao.
The members of the Board for Customs Brokers who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Samuel C. Bautista, Chairman; Hon. Nenette T. Dagondon and Hon. Albert V. Cruz, Members.

Schedule of Registration
Here's the schedule of online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for new Customs Brokers and Certificate of Registration.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://ift.tt/8jqvE9W and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Enter the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://ift.tt/0cibBA4 to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at https://ift.tt/0cibBA4 and select “e-OATH” as transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://ift.tt/0cibBA4.
