REALE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE) results today, November 26, 2025 (Wednesday) based on PRC Resolutions No. 1927 series 2024 and No. 2069 series 2025.
The REALE results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools, and schedule of registration and oath-taking.

PRC administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban on November 23, 2025.
Note: The REALE is typically administered once a year. However, after receiving formal requests for an additional schedule, the Board deemed the appeal timely and justified. As a result, the PRC issued Resolution No. 2069 (series of 2025) authorizing the conduct of the November 2025 REALE.

Registration of Passers
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced (TBA)
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
NOTE: All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three (3) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee.
For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, submission of a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that such appraiser license is an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices.
As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
