OTLE RESULTS – The full results of the December 2025 Occupational Therapist Licensure Exam (OTLE), including the list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, immediately after the exam.
PRC conducted the computer-based OTLE in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pampanga, and Rosales on December 2, 2025.
PRC will also administer the Physical Therapists licensure exam (PTLE) on December 6 and 7, 2025.

Release of OTLE Results
According to the PRC's latest advisory, the December 2025 Occupational Therapist Computer-based Licensure Exam (OTLE) results will be released on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
To quote, PRC stated: "Future Licensed Occupational Therapists, stay tuned as the December 2025 CBLE for Occupational Therapists results will be posted within the day! You got this!"
Registration of Passers
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Coverage of Examinations
OT exam covers basic sciences, general medical and surgical conditions and occupational therapy applications programs, organization and administration in rehabilitation psychosocial dysfunction and physical disabilities.
Previous Examinations
The June 2025 Occupational Therapists Licensure Examination (OTLE) recorded 101 passers out of 239 examinees.
In December 2024, 353 out of 536 candidates successfully passed the OTLE.
For the June 2024 examination, a total of 123 out of 342 examinees made it through the board.
The December 2023 Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist Licensure Examinations saw 1,288 passers out of 1,884 for the PTLE, while 323 out of 554 examinees passed the OTLE.
Earlier, in June 2023, the PTLE registered 708 passers out of 1,026 examinees, and the OTLE had 128 passers out of 215.
In previous years, results were typically released within two (2) working days after the exams.
