MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) are expected to release results of the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) on or before December 19, 2025, 62 working days after the exam.
PRC administered the second regular LET of the year on Sunday, September 21, 2025 in at least 35 testing centers nationwide and in Hong Kong and Thailand.
The examination in Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) was held on November 30, 2025, after being postponed due to Typhoon Nando.
The list of topnotchers or top 10 passers for the Secondary level exam is available here once announced. This includes the ranking, school and average rating.

Previous Examinations
In the March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) – Secondary Level, Jeanlyn Guinita Colipano of Cebu Technological University (CTU)–Danao led the exam with a rating of 93.80%. Sharing second place with identical scores of 93.60% were Sofia Cueta Atienza (UP–Diliman), Floyd Dumandan Bandalan (University of Mindanao–Tagum), Leejane Planas Cogollodo (UM–Panabo), and John Reynor Betito Pionilla (UP–Los Baños).
During the September 2024 LET, Lara Montebon Tero of Cebu Normal University secured the top spot in the Secondary Level with 94.60%, followed by Jarod Landrix Cacho Peñaflor of UP–Diliman with 94.40%.
In the March 2024 LET, Javerson Loquina of Christian Colleges of Southeast Asia achieved the highest rating at 92.80%, while Jose Brando Ballesteros Castro of Pangasinan State University–Bayambang placed second with 92.60%.
For the September 2023 LET – Secondary Level, Trilbe Lizann Espina Vasquez of UP–Cebu topped the board with 94.80%. Coming in second was Jaynel Evangelista Barzo of University of Southern Mindanao–Kabacan with 94.40%.

Release of LET Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2103 s. 2025, the November 2025 LET results for the rescheduled exams in Regions 1, 2, and CAR will be released on December 19, 2025 (Friday).
PRC stated: "RESOLVED FINALLY, that the target release date of examination results for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers shall be on December 19, 2025."
In an inquiry by The Summit Express, the PRC confirmed that the September and November 2025 LET results will be released on the same date and advised to just wait for the exact release date.
Previously, PRC set December 5, 2025 (Friday) release of September 2025 LET results according to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024.
Note: Please note that the results may be released earlier or later than the projected date without prior notice. Several factors may affect the timeline, including the total number of examinees, work suspensions due to calamities or unforeseen events, and the manual checking of pencil-based tests.
