MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, January 16, 2026, the complete results of December 2025 and January 2026 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination (RECLE).
The Real Estate Consultant board exam was conducted in Manila on December 3, 2025 (Written) and January 12, 13, and 14, 2026 (Revalida).
The Board of Real Estate Service is composed of Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairman; Hon. Rafael M. Fajardo, Hon. Jose Arnold M. Tan and Hon. Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members.

Release of Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 2113, series of 2025, the results of the December 2025 and January 2026 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination are scheduled to be released on Friday, January 16, 2026, or two (2) working days after the examination.
Please note that the release of results may occur earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
Coverage of Exam
The December 2025 and January 2026 Real Estate Consultant board exams covered the following subjects: fundamentals of real estate consulting, professional consultancy practice, project feasibility study (PFS) and Defense/Revalida of the PFS.
Previous Examinations
For the December 2024 and January 2025 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination (RECLE), the PRC released the results after two (2) working days, with only 2 out of 6 examinees passing.
The PRC cancelled the December 2023 and January 2024 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination.
In the December 2022 and January 2023 RECLE, the PRC released the results in two (2) working days, with only 1 out of 17 examinees passing.
Meanwhile, for the January and March 2022 RECLE, the PRC announced the results after six (6) working days, where 314 out of 342 examinees passed.
