MLE/MIDLE RESULTS 2026 – The April 2026 Midwife Licensure Exam (MidLE) results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools, and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before April 20, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the first Midwife board exam this year on April 14 and 15, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Hon. Lerma M. Valenzuela, Hon. Corazon F. Landicho and Hon. Lourdes S. Mangahas, Members.

Release of MLE Results
According to Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the Midwife Licensure Exam (MidLE) results will be released on Monday, April 20, 2026.
The release of the MidLE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the November 2025 MLE results were released in just two (2) working days after the last day of the examinations.
We advise examinees to start monitoring the release of results beginning Friday, April 17.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, PRC said.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day midwifery board exam covered the following subjects: obstetrics, fundamentals of health care, infant care and feeding, primary health care, professional growth and development.
Previous Examinations
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has consistently released the Midwife Licensure Examination (MidLE) results within two to three (2–3) working days in recent schedules. Below is a summary of the latest board exams:
November 2025: Out of 3,736 examinees, 2,152 successfully passed. Princesa Dumale Talamayan of Palawan State University – Puerto Princesa topped the board with a rating of 94.00%. The results were released after two (2) working days.
April 2025: A total of 1,975 out of 3,444 examinees passed. Rona Marie Villaflor Ramos of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) – Main Campus led the examinees with a rating of 92.60%. The results were released after three (3) working days.
November 2024: Of the 5,398 examinees, 3,997 passed. Bernard Isaac Badar Alido of the University of the Philippines School of Health Sciences – Leyte topped the board with a rating of 92.60%. The results were released after three (3) working days.
