MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service will release results of the July 2026 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE) on Thursday, July 9, 2026, two (2) working days after the exam.
The REALE results include the official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao on July 7, 2026.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson; Hon. Rafael M. Fajardo, Hon. Jose Arnold M. Tan and Hon. Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE) results will be released on Thursday, July 9, 2026, two (2) working days after the exam.
However, results may be released on later date without prior notice.
Registration of Passers
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
NOTE: All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three (3) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee.
For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, submission of a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that such appraiser license is an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices.
As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Verification of Rating
Real Estate Appraiser board exam verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online. Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this can be available in few days after the exam.
Coverage of Examinations
The one-day examination covered the following subjects: fundamentals of real estate appraisal (50%) and professional appraisal practice (50%).
Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after three (3) working days. A total of 373 out of 675 examinees successfully passed the licensure exam. Denise Marie Borillo Astillo of the University of Mindanao–Davao City topped the board with a rating of 88.50%.
For the July 2025 REALE, the PRC announced the results in just two (2) working days. Of the 1,356 examinees, 968 passed the examination. Richard Anthony Kepis Relata of Lyceum of Alabang emerged as the topnotcher with a rating of 92.50%.
Meanwhile, the August 2024 REALE results were also released after two (2) working days. A total of 941 out of 1,440 examinees passed the licensure exam. Jennylee Villarosa Burgess of Lyceum of Alabang led the successful examinees with a rating of 91.50%, followed by Christine Mari Espiritu Collado of Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Jerico Joshua Timola Tarroza of Lyceum of Alabang, and Zheerex Faron Villero of the University of Cebu.
In the September 2023 REALE, the PRC released the results after three (3) working days. Out of 849 examinees, 596 successfully passed the examination. Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin of Lyceum of Alabang topped the board with a rating of 91.50%.
