MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of August 2026 Guidance Counselors Computer-Based Licensure Exam (GCLE) today, August 24, 2026, one (1) working day after the exam. View here the list of topnotchers.
PRC administered the computer-based Guidance Counselor board exam on August 17 and 23, 2026, across nine testing cities: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Lucena, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.
Note: The second and final day of the examination, originally scheduled for August 18, was moved to August 23 due to the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA.

Previous Examinations
The August 2025 Guidance Counselors Computer-Based Licensure Examination (GCLE) was topped by Sheena Rose Berida Jamora of the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman, who earned an 89.40% rating. Darius Kenny Abarca Sasan of Cebu Normal University followed in second place with 88.85%.
Jara Alysa Moselina Sibal of Alliance Graduate School, Inc. - Quezon City led the August 2024 Guidance Counselor board exam with a 90.35% rating. Jene Lianica Corpus Arcega of Holy Angel University (HAU) placed second with 90.00%.
Meanwhile, Justine Grace Ramos Loteria of Asian Theological Seminary-Quezon City topped the August 2023 GCLE with a 90.90% rating. Alyzza Louize Valenzuela Malibiran of Philippine Normal University - Manila ranked second with 88.40%.
