MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the complete results of the August 2026 Criminologists Licensure Examination (CLE), including the top performing schools and performance of schools.
The second CLE this year was conducted on August 1, 2, and 3, 2026 across testing centers in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Mati, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Antique, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Lipa (Batangas), Nueva Vizcaya, Santiago City and Sablayan (Occidental Mindoro).

The Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE) has consistently highlighted outstanding school performances. Here’s a look at the top-performing schools in the 200-or-more examinees category from recent exams:
In the February 2026 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE), the University of Iloilo topped the schools in the category with 200 or more examinees, recording a 96.76% passing rate as 448 of its 463 examinees passed. The University of the Cordilleras followed in second place with a 95.63% passing rate, with 197 of 206 examinees successfully passing the exam.August 2025 CLE: Araullo University led the category with a 92.80% passing rate, with 348 out of 375 students successfully passing. University of Mindanao (UM)–Davao City followed in second place with an 88.94% passing rate, or 201 out of 226 examinees passing.
February 2025 CLE: University of Iloilo topped the schools with an impressive 96.44%, with 271 out of 281 examinees passing. University of the Cordilleras (UC) secured second place with a 91.50% passing rate, as 183 out of 200 students successfully passed.

CLE Updates
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the August 2026 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE) results will be released on Friday, September 4, 2026, twenty-two (22) working days after the tests.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
