PsLE Results – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of September 2026 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Exam, one (1) working day after the final day of the examinations.
The September 2025 PsLE results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
The Commission administered the September 2026 Psychology board exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao on September 1 and 2, 2026.
The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.
The PRC also conducted the Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PmLE) at the same testing locations and on the same dates.

Release of Results
Under PRC Resolution No. 2242, Series of 2026, the September 2026 PsLE results are set for release on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Registration and Oathtaking
PRC announced that the initial registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Applicants may complete their initial registration by visiting https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and following the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal.

Examinees who successfully passed the licensure examination are advised to prepare and bring the following requirements during their scheduled registration:
- screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
All successful examinees are required to personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals as part of the official process.
Details regarding the mass oathtaking ceremony—including the date and venue—will be released in a separate announcement by the PRC.
Coverage of Exams
The two-day Psychologist board exam covered the following subjects: advance theories of personality, psychological counseling and psychotherapy, advance psychological assessment and advance abnormal psychology.
Previous Examinations
In the September 2025 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results immediately after the final day of testing. A total of 469 out of 541 examinees passed, with Czarina Joy Balajadia Balbuena of the University of Santo Tomas topping the exam with an 89.95% rating.
For the August 2024 PsLE, the results were also released immediately after the final day of testing. Out of 448 examinees, 373 passed. Anfernee Karl Ricamora Cuenca of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila secured the top spot with an 88.40% rating.
In the August 2023 examination, the PRC released the results five (5) working days after the final day of testing. A total of 339 out of 468 examinees passed, with Jessica Mae Ong Dee of Ateneo de Manila University–Quezon City leading the successful examinees with an 86.10% rating.
