MANILA, Philippines – The ratings verification for the September 2026 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination (REELE) and Registered Master Electricians Licensure Exam (RMELE) will be available online several working days after the official results are released.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the list of examinees who successfully passed the Electrical Engineering board exam on Monday, September 14.

All examinees, regardless of passing or failing, can verify their individual ratings a few working days after the results are published.

You may also access the LERIS verification page through the PRC official website by selecting the Verification of Rating option under the Other eServices section.
Once on the LERIS page, follow these steps:
Select the Exam Name (REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/REGISTERED MASTER ELECTRICIAN) and Exam Date (September 2026). Then enter your First Name, Last Name, Application Number, and Birthdate to view your rating.
Initial Registration
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Electrical Engineers and Master Electricians and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.
Date of Registration: Starting October 12, 2026
Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://ift.tt/8P5M0Bj and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees must register in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oath-taking
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules a few days after the exam results are released.
- Face-to-face oathtaking: Register online by 12:00 NN the day before, print the QR-coded Oath Form, and bring it to the ceremony.
- Alternative options: Attend online oathtaking (register at least 5 days in advance) or request a special oathtaking; announcements will be posted once confirmed.
- Online oathtaking: Choose “e-OATH” on PRC’s website and print the Oath of Professional form.
- After oathtaking, proceed with Initial Registration by scheduling an appointment online.
