PsLE Results – The complete list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September 2026 Psychologists Computer-based Licensure Exam is available here as released online on Monday, September 21, 2026, one (1) working day after the final day of the examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the September 2026 Psychology board exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao on September 1 and 2, 2026.
The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.
The PRC also conducted the Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PmLE) at the same testing locations and on the same dates.

Previous Examinations
In the September 2025 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination, Czarina Joy Balajadia Balbuena of the University of Santo Tomas topped the exam with an 89.95% rating. Quennie Co Chua of Ateneo de Manila University–Quezon City ranked second with 89.55%.
In the August 2024 Psychologists board exam, Anfernee Karl Ricamora Cuenca of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila ranked first with an 88.40% rating. Patricka Coliflores Villaseñor of De La Salle University–Manila placed second with 88.10%.
For the August 2023 Psychologists exam, Jessica Mae Ong Dee of Ateneo de Manila University–Quezon City secured the top spot with an 86.10% rating, followed by Tricia Denise Clarito Zafra of the University of the Philippines–Diliman, who ranked second with 86.05%.
In the February 2022 PsLE, Eva Marie Panong Gacasan and Marc Clint Alesna Maceda, both of the University of San Carlos, shared the top spot with identical ratings of 84.45%. Debbie Marie Dalangin Bais of the University of Santo Tomas and Daisylet Rodriguez Patdo of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Main Sta. Mesa tied for second place with 84.40%.
