PhLE Room Assignments: October 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Exam

PHLE 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases room assignments and instructions for the October 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE).

The second Pharmacist board exam this year will be conducted on October 15-16, 2026, at PRC testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Where to check or verify room assignments?

Check or verify your school/building assignments at the PRC official website (www.prc.gov.ph) or through the Notices/Announcements to be posted at the PRC premises two (2) to three (3) working days before the date of the examination.

In addition, PRC Board News will share on this page the updated room assignments once available online.

What time should examinees report to the testing centers?

Report to the school/building assignment before 5:30 A.M. on the first day of the examination to verify your room and seat number. Be punctual. Late examinees will not be admitted once the examination has already started.

What to wear on examination day?

Examinees are required to wear the following attire every examination day:

Male examinees: White polo shirt with collar (without any seal, logo or mark); decent pants or slacks

Female examinees: White blouse or shirt with collar (without any seal, logo or mark); decent slacks or skirt

What should examinees bring in the examination?

Bring the following on examination day:

a. Notice of Admission

b. Official Receipt

c. Two or more pencils (No. 2)

d. Ballpens with BLACK ink only

e. One (1) piece long brown envelope

f. One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)

g. One (1) piece mailing envelope

h. Packed snacks, meals, necessary medications, hygiene and sanitary kits in transparent/clear containers or cellophanes, with sufficient drinking water for the day

i. One (1) non-programmable calculator included in the PRC’s updated list of calculators allowed in licensure examinations

What are the prohibited items inside the examination room?

The following items are strictly PROHIBITED inside the examination premises/rooms.

a. Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula.

b. APPLE, SAMSUNG AND OTHER SMARTWATCHES, CELLULAR PHONES, EARPLUGS, TRANSMITTERS, PORTABLE COMPUTERS, BLUETOOTH, AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS/DEVICES WHICH MAY BE USED FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES

c. Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags, atache case, backpacks, etc.)

d. Other examination aides not stated on this program.

Note: All personal belongings of the examinees shall be surrendered to the proctor and shall be placed in a secured space within the examination room.

Coverage and Schedule of Examinations

The Pharmacy Licensure Examination will be conducted over two days, October 15–16, 2026, covering six major subjects. The examination schedule and corresponding subject weightings are as follows:

Pharmaceutical Chemistry – 20%

Coverage: Inorganic Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry; Organic Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry; Qualitative Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

11:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.
Pharmacognosy/Biochemistry – 15%

Coverage: Plant Chemistry.

1:30 P.M. – 3:30 P.M.
Practice of Pharmacy – 17.5%

Coverage: Compounding and Dispensing; Clinical/Hospital Pharmacy; Pharmaceutical Calculations.

Friday, October 16, 2026

8:00 A.M. – 9:30 A.M.
Pharmacology-Pharmacokinetics – 15%

Coverage: Toxicology; Incompatibilities and Adverse Drug Reactions.

10:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.
Pharmaceutics – 17.5%

Coverage: Manufacturing Pharmacy; Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms; Physical Pharmacy; Jurisprudence and Ethics.

1:30 P.M. – 3:30 P.M.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance – 15%

Coverage: Drug Testing with Instrumentation; Microbiology; Public Health.

Total Weight: 100%

When are the results of Pharmacy board exam released?

Examination results are released at an average of three (3) working days after the last day of examination.

For the October 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination, PRC aims to release results on October 21, 2026, three (3) working days after the exams.

FULL RESULTS: March 2026 LET Teachers board exam passers, top 10

LET RESULTS 2026 – The full results of the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) , including the list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, May 15, 2026, forty (40) working days after the exam. DOST Scholarship Results 2026: Full List of Passers

DOST RESULTS 2026 – The Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) Scholarship Exam Results for Academic Year 2026–2027 will be released this May 2026. DOST-SEI announced that a total of 97,617 high school students took the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Examination on February 21 and 22, and March 7 and 8 across 222 testing centers nationwide. Luzon accounted for the majority of examinees, with 57,951 hopefuls. Meanwhile, the Visayas and Mindanao regions recorded 21,227 and 18,439 examinees, respectively. Extending beyond the Philippine archipelago, 48 aspiring scholars are scheduled to take the examination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a later date. Due to budget limitations, the Institute said it will accommodate only 8,500 incoming first-year students for Fiscal Year 2026 — equivalent to just 8.71% of all examinees.
