OLE RESULTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases theSeptember–October 2026 Optometrist Licensure Exam (OLE) results today, October 15, 2026, based on PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025.
The Optometrists Licensure Exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
The PRC conducted the Optometrist Licensure Examination (Written) in Manila, Cebu, and Davao on September 28–30, 2026, followed by the Practical Examination in Manila on October 5–9 and 12, 2026.
Meanwhile, the Ocular Pharmacologists Special Certification Licensure Examination (OPSCLE) was administered in Manila, Cebu, and Davao on September 28, 2026.
The members of the Board of Optometry who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Christine S. Rodriguez, Chairperson; Dr. Fides F. Masanga, Dr. Irene Christine C. Peliño, Dr. Bernardita A. Garcia and Dr. Mario T. Flores, Jr. (inhibited), Members.

Previous Examinations
In the October 2025 Optometrists Licensure Examination (OLE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after four (4) working days. A total of 393 out of 415 examinees passed. Manila Central University–Caloocan City led the schools with a 100.00% passing rate, as all 55 examinees passed. Sienna Rose Lobo Mabuti of Centro Escolar University (CEU)–Manila topped the examination with a rating of 91.16%.
In the October 2024 OLE, the PRC announced the results after three (3) working days, with 297 out of 327 examinees passing. Manila Central University–Caloocan City again emerged as the top-performing school, posting a 98.15% passing rate, with 53 out of 54 examinees passing. Danielle Ramboyong King of CEU–Manila ranked first among the examinees with a rating of 88.87%.
Schedule of Registration

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://ift.tt/EROrmb3 and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:

- valid government-issued ID
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Enter the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://ift.tt/EROrmb3 to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at https://ift.tt/EROrmb3 and select “e-OATH” as transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://ift.tt/EROrmb3.
