MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the postponement of the September 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE), which was originally set for September 27-28, 2025. The adjustment was made as a precautionary measure against the expected heavy rains and possible risks brought by Severe Tropical Storm “Opong”, which is forecast to affect several areas during the exam period. According to PRC, the rescheduling prioritizes the safety and welfare of examinees and examination personnel, citing Memorandum Circular No. 102 issued by the Office of the President as basis for the move. MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, September 22, the new schedule of the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET) in Regions I, II, and Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). In a Facebook post , the PRC announced that the rescheduled LET in the affected areas will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025 . PRC suspended the exams in the affected areas on Saturday due to inclement weather.
